Working Out.

I worked out on Saturday and I'm still sore!! I worked out again today and my gosh I'm in pain. I don't know why I stopped working out in the first place but now I'm paying the price. A very painful price. I used to be in the softball team back in high school. I love being active and what not. But its been almost 3 years since and DANG its been hard getting back on track. I've been using Turbo Jam and so far I like it. There are different types of Turbo Jam workouts but I'm currently doing "Punch Kick and Jam." Maybe I should describe what Turbo Jam is. Its a workout....duh?.. and it consists of kickboxing, dancing and martial arts. My brother brought the five workout set maybe like 4 years ago. He only used the dvds 4 times. I would always see them on the book shelf, so I started to use them. When I started out I had no clue what I was doing. I can say the moves were confusing but after practice and practice I finally got the hang of it. Now if I stop using the dvds for a while and then I decide to do them again, the moves come out correctly. So if you are starting doing Turbo Jam and you don't follow, just give it some time and before you know it you'll be a pro!! Anyways, I start working out and start seeing great results...BAM out of nowhere I stop working out. I know that its not because the workouts are boring...its just lack of motivation :( This time I now its going to be different because I told 4 of my friends to keep me on check with my workouts haha
